Crosshairs Texas, LLC is always excited to be involved in the community, and we are always open to sponsorship requests to help support fundraising efforts for your charitable cause.

Each year, we receive a high volume of donation and sponsorship requests. In order to serve more organizations fairly and sustainably, we have implemented a structured 2026 Sponsorship Program.

How Our 2026 Sponsorship Program Works

1️⃣ Sponsorship Requirement

To receive a donation, product credit, or event sponsorship from Crosshairs Texas, LLC, your organization must:

Purchase one (1) Crosshairs Texas 2026 Raffle Card – $150

Important:
This raffle card can be raffled or auctioned at your event. The winner receives weekly chances to win a firearm every Friday throughout 2026 (ending 12/31/2026).

Upon Purchase, Your Organization Receives:

• $150 in store credit
• Credit may be applied toward any in-stock or special-order product
• Credit must be used for event or fundraising purposes
• Credit is non-transferable
• Credit has no cash value
• Credit expires December 31, 2026

Why We Use This Model

• Continue supporting multiple community causes
• Maintain fairness across all requests
• Ensure responsible allocation of sponsorship resources
• Sustain long-term community involvement
• We are committed to helping good causes succeed — this program ensures we can do so responsibly and consistently.

2️⃣Sponsorship Request Process

• To be considered for sponsorship, please complete the Sponsorship Request Form below.
  Because we receive a large number of requests, providing complete information helps us review your submission efficiently.

Please Include:

• A description of your event, charity, nonprofit, or fundraiser
• Organization contact information
• Event date and time
• For Tax Purposes, Please Upload:
• Letterhead document with organization contact information
• Tax ID (if applicable)
• Relevant information about your cause
• Event date and details
• 501(c)(3) documentation and/or W-9 (if applicable)

⏳ Advance Notice Requirement

We require a minimum of 45 days’ advance notice to process sponsorship requests.
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. All sponsorships are subject to review and confirmation by Crosshairs Texas, LLC.
We will respond to all completed submissions.

3️⃣Important Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form and purchasing the 2026 Raffle Card, your organization acknowledges:

• The raffle card purchase is required prior to sponsorship approval
• Store credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
• Credit must be used for event-related purchases
• Crosshairs Texas, LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any request at its sole discretion
• Sponsorship approval is not finalized until confirmed in writing
