- Payment Schedule: Even though layaway balance is due at the end of the layaway period, scheduled payments are not required. However, if you wish to make payments, we will gladly accept them. We agree to hold the firearm during the layaway time for the original price. If no payments are made during the layaway, the purchase price may increase or decrease depending on the firearms market.
Layaway Terms & Conditions:
- Layaway Item Will Remain at Crosshairs Texas Until Balance is Paid in Full Layaway Item Must Remain in Original Condition throughout the Entire 30-60-90- Day Term.
- No Layaway Item May Be Fired on Range Until After it is Picked- Up.
- Consignment & Pre-owned Inventory is NOT available to be put on layaway, SPECIAL ORDERED firearms are NOT AVAILABLE to be put on layaway, however, you can make payments towards a special order firearm for a six (6) month period.
- No Refunds & No exceptions will be issued on Layaway Items or Special Ordered layaway accounts. If you cancel your layaway or return during the term, there is a 20% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from the down payment prior to returning any credit on your Crosshairs Texas account.
- Balance Must Be Paid in Full at the End of Financing Period.
- No Extensions! Accounts in Default- all layaways accounts must be paid in full on or before your __________ days from the date of purchase. Otherwise, Crosshairs Texas may terminate all overdue layaways accounts, and payments are forfeited. Upon full payment, original purchaser is required by ATF to pass a background check prior to taking receipt of any firearm.
- ALL LAYAWAYS are not refundable or exchangeable. Failure to complete your layaway purchase of this item will result in forfeiture of any payments on account after 30days.
Gun Store Bank Account Terms & Conditions:
Crosshairs Texas agrees to special order the ITEM ON A GUN STORE BANK ACCOUNT for:
- ____30 Days____60 Days____90 Days____180 Days
- Payment Schedule: You may make as many or as little payments on your item. We agree to special order the item when you are within $100 of paying it off at the original price. After 30 days of starting your Gun Store Bank Account the purchase price may increase depending on the firearms market. After 30 days, you agree to pay the increased price before we will special order your item.
Gun Store Bank Account Terms & Conditions:
- Gun Store Bank Account Item Will Remain at Crosshairs Texas Until Balance is Paid in Full Gun Store Bank Account Item Must Remain in Original Condition throughout the Entire Term.
- No Gun Store Bank Account Item May Be Fired on Range Until After it is Picked- Up.
- Consignment & Pre-owned Inventory is NOT available to be put on a Gun Store Bank Account.
- If your item is no longer available, we will try to locate an item of the same price and description. We do not guarantee that this agreement promises to hold your item and does not guarantee it will be available in the future. We will do out best to full fill your Gun Store Bank Account request for a special order.
- No Refunds & No exceptions will be issued on Gun Store Bank Account Items or ANY Special Orders. If you cancel your Gun Store Bank Account or change the item during the term, there is NO re-stocking fee. However ALL credit on your Crosshairs Texas Gun Store Bank Account will remain on your account ONLY. You cannot transfer your credit to another account.
- You may transfer your Gun Store Bank Account Credit to a Gift Card for a $25 transfer fee.
- Gun Store Bank Account Balance Must Be Paid in Full at the End of Financing Period.
- No Extensions! Accounts in Default- all Gun Store Bank Accounts must be paid in full on or before your __________ days from the date of purchase. Otherwise, Crosshairs Texas may terminate all overdue Gun Store Bank Accounts, and payments are forfeited.
