About Melinda

Melinda began her law enforcement career with the Lampasas Police Department before serving 28 years with the Texas Department of Public Safety, retiring as a Lieutenant in the Criminal Investigations Division.

Today, she continues her commitment to public safety through her Texas DPS Special Ranger Commission, firearms instruction, national-level competitive shooting, and leadership within the firearms community.
