In compliance with federal law, including the Gun Control Act of 1968 and regulations promulgated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), we are required to collect and maintain certain information in connection with firearms transactions. This includes information provided on ATF Form 4473 (Firearms Transaction Record), the results of National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) background checks, and records of all firearms acquisitions and dispositions. This information is collected and maintained as required by federal law and is not shared except as required by law or in response to valid legal process.
3.3 Range Usage Information
When you use our shooting range facilities, we collect information necessary for safety and operational purposes, including range safety waiver acknowledgments, emergency contact information, rental equipment records, and membership information if applicable.
3.4 Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. Additionally, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to our website, and information about how you interact with our website. 6. RECORD RETENTION
We retain firearms transaction records, including ATF Form 4473 and acquisition and disposition records, for a minimum of twenty (20) years or until the business is discontinued, as required by federal law (27 CFR § 478.129). Other personal information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Upon discontinuation of business, firearms transaction records will be transferred to the ATF as required by law.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Firearms transaction records are maintained in a secure location with restricted access as required by ATF regulations.
