Crosshairs Texas LLC provides professional, compliant firearm transfer services in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Please review the information below carefully before having a firearm shipped to our facility.

FFL Transfer Pricing
All incoming firearms must include:
Completed transfer form
Invoice or purchase documentation
Seller or transferor information
Copy of FFL or government-issued ID
Contact information (email and phone)
Missing documentation will result in classification as a Blind Transfer, and additional fees will apply.

Per serialized firearm, with completed transfer forms received

Non-serialized items shipped to Crosshairs Texas (excluding ammo, accessories, or optics included with a firearm SKU)

Important Legal Information
All firearm transfers must be completed in person
A successful FBI NICS background check (or valid TX LTC) is required
Handguns may only be transferred to Texas residents
Rifles and shotguns may be transferred to out-of-state residents where legally permitted
Straw purchases are illegal and will be refused
Crosshairs Texas does not provide FFL copies to non-licensees
To verify our FFL status, use the ATF FFL database with the first 3 and last 5 digits of our license (available upon request).
FFL Transfer Process
Step 1: Confirm Legal Eligibility
Ensure you are legally eligible to own a firearm and willing to comply with all applicable laws.Review ATF prohibited persons guidelines here:

Step 2: Purchase Your Firearm
Order and pay for your firearm from the seller or online marketplace.
Step 3: Complete the Transfer Form
Complete and submit the FFL Transfer Form for each firearm prior to shipment.
Failure to do so will result in a Blind Transfer fee.
You will receive a confirmation email once your transfer is approved and entered into our system. If you do not receive confirmation within 24–48 hours, please contact us at 512-321-4867.
Step 4: Await Notification
Once your firearm arrives and processing is complete, Crosshairs Texas will contact you.
Carrier delivery notifications only confirm arrival—not readiness for pickup.
You will receive a phone call and email when your firearm is ready.
Step 5: Pickup
Visit the store with:
Valid government-issued ID
Texas DL and/or TX LTC (if applicable)
Complete the ATF Form 4473, pass the background check (if required), and pay applicable transfer fees.
Outgoing FFL Transfers & Shipping
If you are selling a firearm and need it shipped to another FFL:
The receiving FFL must confirm acceptance of the transfer
Buyer and receiving FFL contact information is required

Crosshairs Texas offers full-service transfers, including email updates before, during, and after shipment at no additional cost.
Full Service Transfers — Handled Right from Start to Finish
We offer Full-Service Transfers-Crosshairs Texas Inventory Mgr. will email you before, during & after as a courtesy so our customers know when & where their firearm is at all times. Weekend Full-Service Transfers are at no additional cost.
Transfers of firearms must be accompanied by this form and a signed copy of the receiving dealer’s FFL before shipping can take place. We do not guarantee dates of shipping or receiving. Tracking numbers will be emailed to shipping customers, receiving FFL dealer and transferee if email addresses are provided and valid.
Transfer fee of $75.00 is included in the shipping cost of the firearm.
Additional Insurance starts at $11- up to $5000 value for $89

In Bound Blind Transfers
If you have a firearm shipped to us, please make sure the FFL(Dealer) or individual follows our inbound firearm policy below to avoid additional fees.
Crosshairs Texas offers Full-Service Transfers, providing email updates before, during, and after your firearm arrives so you always know the status of your transfer. Weekend Full-Service Transfers are available at no additional cost.
All inbound firearms must be accompanied by a completed transfer form(see below to download) and a signed copy of the sending dealer’s FFL prior to shipment.
Inbound Blind Transfer Fee — $79.99
A Blind Transfer occurs when a firearm arrives without completed transfer forms or required documentation, including sender information, invoice, recipient details, or a copy of the sender’s FFL or identification. These incomplete shipments create additional compliance and tracking requirements under ATF regulations.
Firearms received without proper documentation will incur a $79.99 Blind Transfer fee per serialized firearm. To avoid this fee, customers must ensure all required forms and documentation accompany the shipment prior to arrival. Failure by the shipper or transferor to include proper paperwork will result in this fee being assessed to the transferee.

Storage Fees
Storage Fees Firearms not picked up within 30 days will incur a $25–$50 per month storage fee
Firearms, suppressors, or NFA items left beyond 90 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Crosshairs Texas LLC
Note: Storage fees do not apply to NFA items pending ATF tax stamp approval. Fees do apply to inbound NFA items if the transfer process has not been initiated (transfer fee paid and tax stamp purchased).
