EFT SERVICE: ATF Complaint
We’ve listened to your requests and are excited to offer the ability to download .EFT files! These digital fingerprint files are created from user-submitted information for NFA transfers. When we receive a physical fingerprint card, we digitize it for Form 4 submissions.
This new .EFT fingerprint file download service allows our clients to submit their own Form 1s electronically. Please note that this service is exclusively for existing Crosshairs Texas clients.

PERSON-TO-PERSON SUPPRESSOR TRANSFER Service
Why You Need This Service…For a person-to-person NFA transfer, the buyer (transferee) must submit an ATF Form 4 and receive approval before taking possession. This process requires fingerprints and a photo to be submitted electronically through ATF eForms.
As an FFL/SOT-supported service, we help prepare and upload these required files to ensure a smooth, compliant submission.

Understanding EFT Files for ATF eForms
An EFT file, short for Electronic Fingerprint Transmission, is a digital file containing your fingerprints and demographic details. These files come in various formats depending on the requesting agency’s requirements.
Filing an eForm using paper fingerprint cards requires you to separately mail in the fingerprints with a cover letter provided by the ATF. This can slow down your form processing time, cause delays if they don’t get where they need to be within the 10 day period, and is overall just another laborious step in an already slow process.
Don’t want to deal with mailing in a paper copy of your fingerprints when submitting ATF forms? Texas Gun & Supply can digitally scan your fingerprints! Once you have a copy of your .EFT fingerprint file, you’ll be able to use it as many times as needed for all of your eForms needs.

Uploading .EFT files for ATF
Please be advised, the information you use to complete your ATF eForms application MUST be an exact match to the information you use to complete your EFT file fingerprint appointment. If you enter a middle name or SS#, which are not mandatory fields for ATF, YOU MUST do the same for your fingerprint appointment.
If your information DOES NOT MATCH, there will be additional fees for the EFT file to be corrected, or it may result in a rejection and you will be forced to pay for the service again.
